TOTO: Could you please tell us about yourself?

Khun Areef: Hello, I’m “Peter, Pornthep Thatprasertsin.” I work as a sales manager of Pijic Vi Asset Co., Ltd. We are primarily an architecture company with design experience in Chiang Mai for over 10 years. If anyone is interested in our home style, we are ready and happy to provide advice before designing.

TOTO: Could you plese tell us about Jhang Phuek Villa project?

Khun Areef: The project was inspired by Australian house style. We consider the light and wind directions. Our project’s highlight is the entire mountain view at an affordable price. From the rooftop, you can see the entire Doi Suthep mountain. The project is designed and supervised by Pijic Vi Asset Co., Ltd.

It was a luxury house with a pool villa, located at the World Club Land project in Hang Dong district, Chiang Mai. We focus on luxury and comfort.

TOTO: What are the criteria for choosing sanitary ware for your project?

Khun Areef: Obviously, when choosing materials for the Jhang Phuek Villa project, quality comes first. Next, we think about colors, designs, textures, and materials. We place a high value on quality because our house is luxurious. I found TOTO while walking in the department store. Its products included automatic functions. As a result, I thought that the products were suitable for our house’s lifestyle, which we are planning to build.

TOTO: Could you please share with us your experience after using TOTO automatic toilet seat?

Khun Areef: Honestly, the first time I used it, I felt new and excited. There are various cleansing patterns, both front and back. The water pressure is adjustable, just like the HEATED SEAT. Additionally, you can set preferred personal settings for 2 users. Number 1 may belong to the wife, and number 2 belongs to the husband. However, I recommend that number 1 be for your wife.

TOTO: Could you please share with us your impression of TOTO toilets?

Khun Areef: For toilets, I trust TOTO’s after-sales service. I find it difficult to distinguish between various toilets. They are all white. So, you should consider the brand. TOTO is a brand from Japan. Importantly, what makes TOTO different from others is its after-sales service. Pijic Vi Asset Co., Ltd. designs and builds the houses. However, sometimes what we design on paper doesn’t suit the installation place. TOTO said that we can change the products. Its after-sales service is very good. TOTO always gives advice. That makes me very impressed.
