Khun Areef: Hello, I’m “Areef Matragul,” the architect of the “Chiangmai View” village project. I am in charge of designing houses and choosing the project’s materials. Moreover, I take care of the media and advertising fields.

TOTO: Could you please tell us about the Chiangmai View project?

Khun Areef: The “Chiangmai View” project is located in a very high-quality location that is conveniently accessible. The house is luxurious and has complete functionalities. The modern tropical style makes the house suitable for the environment and every season. Nearly all of the high-quality materials we used were imported. We allow you to be close to nature with the Doi Suthep view and the large garden. Our common area and facilities make you feel calm and happy. It’s like our own sanctuary.

TOTO: What are the criteria for choosing sanitary ware for your project?

Khun Areef: When choosing the various materials used in the house, quality comes first. Quality and beautiful design are our 2 key factors. Since the project owner has lived in Japan for a long time, they felt familiar with TOTO brand. It is seen everywhere in Japan. They were impressed with its quality. Therefore, it was the first choice in choosing TOTO for the project.
